I am former member of parliament in Croatia and my FB page had a lot of engagement. First they notified me that my reach is restricted because I spread fake news about COVID. Then they just unpublished my page (so only admins can see it).
I asked Facebook to send me arhive of my data to download, but until this day I have received nothing. Their customer support is no support at all, at least in my case.
If you go on my unpublished page >> facebook.com/pernari it will tell you: “The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”
The idea that they can just cancel you in matter of second made me switch on Gab, social media platform that supports free speech and makes no censorship. My profile there is https://gab.com/ipernar
PS: Just prior to being canceled I promoted Gab and I guess that pissed them off too.
